1.Adjustment of Stitch Length and Reverse Stitching: The stitch length and reverse stitching can be digitally adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1mm, and the maximum stitch length is 7mm. The reverse stitching produces a soft sound, and the forward and reverse stitch lines have a high degree of overlap.
2.Parameter switching and fabric: specific parameters can be switched with one click, and it is suitable for both thin and thick fabrics. From single-layer mesh to ten layers of denim fabric, the stitch lines are consistent. There is no need to adjust the thread addition device, and sewing can be done easily. lt has nine pattern sewing functions, and patterns can be edited independently.
3.Motor Drive and Control: Driven by a servo motor, it operates with a soft sound, small vibration and stable performance. The stepper motor controls thread trimming and presser foot lifting, with easy operation force, convenient maintenance, and adiustment, The presser foot can be slightly lifted at the start of sewing, and the height of the presser foot can be freely set according to the thickness of the fabric, reducing thread breakage at the start of sewing.
4.Clean Operation & Oil Control: Sealed oil pan design prevents oil contamination. Equipped with oil return valve for precise hook oil control,ensuring high-quality sewing.
5.Humanized Design: it is equipped with a lightweight electronic knee rest to accurately control the height of the presser foot, improving the comfort of workers during operation and enhancing production efficiency.
